As 2024 ends, we reflect on a year filled with innovation, connection, and success. This year, we expanded our product offerings, engaged with library and information professionals around the world, and continued to strengthen our commitment to support the needs of library and knowledge centers.
SWITCH 2024, held November 12–15 at the Opal Cove Resort in Coffs Harbour, marked an exciting milestone for AIT, now part of Softlink Information Centers. This was the first public library conference since joining Softlink IC, providing a unique opportunity to introduce the combined strengths of AIT and Softlink IC to the public library community.
On September 27th, we held our final User Group Meeting (UGM) for 2024 in Brisbane, concluding a fantastic series of events in Oceania. Like the earlier sessions in Melbourne and Wellington, the Brisbane UGM brought together our vibrant community of Liberty and illumin users for a day filled with learning, sharing, and insightful discussions.
